What are your goals?

My short term goals: Graduate high school with a 4.0 or above and graduate as Senior Class President 2011.

Long Term: Attend college and med school. I’m not quite sure what I want to do in the medical field though. Also, I would love to follow my dreams of being a singer.

What is your ideal of a healthy relationship? A healthy relationship is not controlled by either partner. It is just that; a partnership, not an ownership. I think some teens get carried away with having one another on “lock” when in reality that doesn’t help anything. A healthy relationship involves two people who obviously understand each other and even when there are problems there is compromise. What a relationship is not is one disrespecting the other person. Whether it be by cheating or putting one down, a relationship and the person should be respected at all times. I could talk about this all day, so I’ll leave it at that. Haha.

Do you want to get married one day? Yes, but not one day soon haha.

Who is your role model and why? I don’t necessarily have any role models. For me, I think my environment and the people around me are models. Whether they are good or bad, they are sometimes able to show me what should be done and what should not be done even if they don’t necessarily practice what they preach.

Name a person(s) you would like to meet one day and why: Beyonce, because she is a beast on the microphone. Sharon Draper because she is my favorite author and I’d love to meet the author of the books I love to read.

6. What is your motto? I don’t really have a motto per say, but I do have a guideline that I’ve followed since 2nd grade and that is to be always and awesomely different and myself. Never be embarrassed or afraid to be myself or to announce my thoughts. Don’t deny yourself of being yourself because you’re going to spend a lot of time with yourself so at least make it someone you enjoy.

8. What are your goals? First to complete high school then to college at Auburn University for several years before transferring to New York and finishing my education and hopefully procuring a job there.
9. What is your ideal of a healthy relationship? My idea of a healthy relationship is a relationship were both people can communicate. Both can listen and talk when appropriate and both understand and comprehend what is going on within the relationship. Another important factor is that both people can be themselves and not be afraid to be themselves.
10. Do you want to get married one day? I’m not saying I don’t want to, but I doubt it.
11. Who is your role model and why? I don’t have any specific role model. Everyone has good aspects and I try to admire and strive for any good trait another person has because no one is perfect so to idealize someone completely is to idealize faults. Rather than admiring, praising and striving for everyone’s strengths.

Name a person(s) you would like to meet one day and why: Most of the people I would like to meet are dead like Frank Sinatra, Marilyn Monroe, Vincent Price, and Audrey Hepburn who were all great performers for their time. I would also like to meet Sean Connery, Tim Curry, Anthony Hopkins, and James Earl Jones not only because they are great performers but they all have unique and mesmerizing voices. I would like to also meet Tim Burton as he is my favorite director and all around genius as well as several fashion icons like Twiggy, Lily Cole, Isaac Mizrahi, and Betsey Johnson. I would also enjoy meeting several literary minds such as Eric Blair (George Orwell), Terry Prattchet, Stephen Chibosky (also famous in film and theatre), Robert Frost, Steven King, Edgar Allen Poe, and my personally favorite William Blake (also an infamous artist).
